摘要
根据对数螺旋线的参数化方程,利用UG/GRIP编程语言实现了对数螺旋线,并且进行了曲率变化、突变点的检查。在螺旋线上建立叶片的各个截面图形,然后根据叶片曲面的实际情况,选择合适的建模方法,对叶片进行了参数化建模,提高了改善搅拌叶片的光顺性和焊接后质量的效率。
The model of the logarithm helical curve is set up based on the parameter equation of the logarithm helical curve and the UG/GRIP programming language ,and then checked the curvature variation and the catastrophe points. The cutaway drawing of mixing blades is built,then the aptitude modeling method is choosed based on the characteristic of the blade surface. So the parametric model of the mixing blades is provided, it heighten the efficiency of improve the fairness and the the quality after welding of the blades.
