摘要
绞车是空中收放拖靶的核心设备,内部有一个高速旋转的卷筒用来缠绕缆绳,对卷筒可靠的刹车是绞车正常工作的基础。从拖靶系统的工作概况开始,介绍了传动、刹车部分的结构原理,运用力学知识,较详细计算分析了系统载荷,得到了可接受的结果,给出了具有使用价值的结论。
The reeling-machine is the hard-core of streaming and rewinding the tow target during flight. There is a tail-wagging reel in it. The tail-wagging reel with high speed rotation is used to reel the cable. The brake reliability is basic for the work of the reeling-machine. The working principle of the driving and brake parts is introduced after a brief introduction of mechanism of the tow target system. The load of the system is calculated and analyzed thoroughly with the mechanics method and the results have been proved acceptable. In the end,a merit conclusion is achieved.
