摘要
对多轴线液压板挂车转向系统的工作原理进行了介绍,分析了其转向机构中各构件的位置关系和运动学关系,并在此基础上建立了以加权角差和为目标函数的优化模型,利用复合型优化算法对该模型进行了优化求解,并编制了易于使用的通用转向机构优化程序;程序优化结果有效地克服了转向纵拉杆拉断事故的出现,同时很好地改善了整车的转向性能,其应用于某专用车辆制造厂生产的多轴线挂车转向机构,实际应用表明该方法是正确的、实用的。
The working principle of the multi-axle hydraulic trailer's steering system was introduced,the position and movement relation of components was analyzed in this system,and an optimal design model was proposed for this kind of steering mechanism's design. The complex method could be applied to salve the optimal problem,and a universal steering optimal program was accomplished. The calculation result of this optimal program could awoid the lengthways pole damage ,and could improve steering performance greatly. It has been applied to design the multi-axle hydraulic trailer's steering mechanism, which is manufactured by a certain special purpose vehicles manufacture factory. The result proved that this optimal method is correct and practicable.
