基于SimMechanics的注塑机合模机构的优化设计与仿真 被引量:2

SimMechanics based on the injection molding machine and the optimization of design simulation

摘要 以注塑机合模机构为对象,根据注塑成型的运动要求,建立数学模型,确定目标函数,然后利用Matlab语言编程,得出最优解,在此基础上运用Matlab工具箱的SimMechanics模块进行了参数设计,动画仿真,使成型机构的设计更生动直观,设计结果更易观察。 According to injection molding' s movement, establishes the mathematical model, and definites the objective function,then uses the Matlab language programming to obtain the optimal solution. In the end,using Matlab toolbox's SimMechanics to design the parameter,and simulate the animation,so that the mold setting could be more vivid,and it is advantage to observe the design results.
