摘要
在分析了数控系统故障诊断的缺点基础上,提出了将无线网络技术应用于数控系统的新理念。研究了蓝牙技术的产生、发展以及蓝牙网络中的拓扑结构。针对蓝牙技术引入数控系统的目的、技术方案、实现构架等方面进行了系统的研究。对无线网络技术如何嵌入到基于windows2000操作系统下的全软件数控系统进行了实验分析;在C++Builder6环境下设计了全软件数控系统中的发送模块程序;数控PDA的接收模块设计利用evb3.0作为平台。奠定了网络化数控系统研究的基础。
The new idea that the Technology of Wireless Network applied all-software NC System is proposed base on the shortcoming of fault diagnosis of NC system. The originating and development of Bluetooth technology and the topological structure of Bluetooth are researched. The purpose ,technology scheme ,the infrastructure of implement and so on are researched,aiming at Bluetoath introduced into NC System. How to embed in all-software NC System based on windows 2000 OS is simply analyzed by experiment. Sending module programmer of all-software NC System is initially designed on C++Builder6 environment. Using evb3.0 in The designing of receiving module of NC as development terrace. The basis of networking NC system is established.
