摘要 虚拟制造是对真实产品制造的动态模拟。把虚拟制造技术应用到冷弯型钢生产领域是一个全新的概念。介绍了冷弯成型工艺技术发展的主要特征、冷弯型钢的特点,讨论了虚拟制造技术与主要特点。对冷弯型钢生产领域提出了虚拟制造的概念。按产品介绍了冷弯型钢轧制工艺及冷弯实验研究现状,并对其在冷弯型钢生产领域的应用进行了探索研究。 Virtual manufacture is an effectively dynamic simulation on the real production manufacturing. It is a wholly new concept that the virtual manufacturing technology is applied to the production field of cold-farmed steel. It introduces the main features of the development of cold-formed molding technology and the characteristics of cold-formed steel and discusses virtual manufacturing technology and the main characteristics. Propose the concept of virtual manufacture in the production field of cold-formed steel,explore and research the application of the virtual manufacture in the production field of cold-formed steel.
