摘要
重轨热处理温度及气冷温度对重轨淬火质量的提高有直接的影响。利用ANSYS有限元软件建立重轨温度分布模型,并对其淬火过程中的温度场进行了模拟计算,分析重轨淬火过程中重轨内部温度变化情况。研究结果表明温度的模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好,为下一步研究重轨应力场奠定基础,并对重轨淬火工艺和生产工艺具有重要指导意义。
the improvement Temperature of heat treatment of heavy rail and air cooling temperature directly influence of the heavy rail quenching quality. The temperature distribution model of ladle is established,and the temperature ,field during the quenching process was simulated by the FEM software. The temperature variation of heavy rail is analysed during the heavy rail quenching process.The tested result is in agreement with the measured temperature quite well,which lay a good foundation for studying the stress field of heavy rail next step.It is significantly valuable for the heavy rail production and can be used to guide the quenching process.
