摘要
研制了一种利用网络技术和数字控制技术实现发动机振动加速度远程测量的仪器。以AT89C52单片机为核心,利用数字电位器和信号转换电路设计出了振动测量及灵敏度调整模块,并通过网络转换器接入因特网或局域网与监控中心通信。很好地解决了传统测振仪存在的问题,对于实现发动机远程监控与故障诊断具有非常重要的现实意义。
A kind of instrument that accomplishes the measuring of aeroengine vibration acceleration based on the network interface technique and the numerical control technique is presented. Using the digital potentiometer on the basis of single-chip microcomputer,we design the vibration measuring and the statoscope adjusting module,which linked to internet by the network converter. It solves problems in the traditional measurement instrument very well. It has a great significancc in accomplishment of the remote fault diagnosis and monitoring for the engine.
