摘要
介绍了高速动车空心车轴的结构及其疲劳缺陷的产生机理,并针对该缺陷研究相应的探伤工艺及探伤机,介绍了探伤机的原理和结构及缺陷信号的采集和处理。
The structure of hollow-axle for the highspeed train and the principle of the exhausted defcet were introduced. According to the exhausted defcet of hollow-axle, a kind of special ultrasonic testing technology and equipment were developed. Formulated the structure and the principle of mechanism system. The collecting and process of the deject signal were introduced too.
