企业申报技改建设项目问题的研究

随着国民经济的快速发展,企业的固定资产投资项目越来越多,不仅大型企业上报项目,一些中小企业以及个体经营企业也申报项目,以期得到国家政策的支持。但有一些中小企业以及个体经营企业,因为没有作过建设项目的申报工作,或因急于报项目,而忽略了一些问题,所以项目建议书的内容不完善,影响到可行性研究报告的编制工作,就企业申报建设项目时需要注意的一些问题,进行了相应的研究。在项目建议书中需要明确的几点有:第一、市场供需;第二、产品方案;第三、产品生产规模、第四、工艺设备;第五、劳动定员;第六、资金筹措;第七、经济效益。

With rapidly development of national economy,The constrction project of factories are more and more. Not only large factories declare constrction project,but also middle and small ones or individual ones do this ,hoping to get support from our country policy .But some middle and small factories or individual mines aren＇t able to declare constrction project,Or they are too impatient to declare constrction project to cause neglecting some problem,So that eonstrction project proposal report is unperfect, It effects working out feasible report. It reseach some important problem in factories declare constrction project. Some points must be made clearly in constrction project proposal report. For example ,the first is market supply and requirement,the second is products plan,the third is production scale ,the fourth is technological equipment,the fifth is the number of labour,the sixth is fund raising,the seventh is economic benefit.
