摘要
本实验采用乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷钝化镀锌钢板。通过交流阻抗,盐雾和失重实验检测试样的耐腐蚀性能;结果表明试样表面组装一层硅烷膜后耐蚀性大幅度提高,其阻抗值相对空白提高一数量级,抗白锈时间为58h,腐蚀速率降低了近一个数量级。清漆划格实验表明试样再涂装性能良好;原子力检测结果显示硅烷膜致密,起伏较大。初步探讨了硅烷成膜机理。
The present work aimed at passivating galvanized steel by trimethoxy (viny)silance. The corrosion protection ability was studied via electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), neutral salt spray (NSS) and weight reducing tests. The results indicate that the corrosion resistance of the sample was improved significantly, the impedance of the substrate was improved one order of magnitude, the anti-white rust time was 58h, and the corrosion rate was reduced one order of magnitude. The varnish split test showed that adhesive power of the varnish was satisfied. Atomic force microscope (AMF) observation showed that the conversion coat was dense and undulating. The formation of the film was discussed.
