摘要
通过严格控制酸醇比、催化剂、阻聚剂、温度及50%的酯化率采用聚乙二醇和甲基丙烯酸合成了甲基丙烯酸聚乙二醇(400)单酯,用吸水剂-硅胶取代传统使用的有毒带水剂,避免了后期分离有机溶剂及有毒物质对环境的污染。对合成的大单体的结构进行了红外表征;并对不饱和单体含量进行了测定。结果表明:试验的双键变化率为3%(小于5%),认为本试验是正常的酯化过程且合成的大单体正是所需的酯化物。
Methacrylate Polyglycol(400) Monoester was synthesized by strictly controlling acid/alcohol ratio, catalyst, inhibitor, temperature and 50% esterify degree. Silicagel was used to replace traditional poisonous water-carrying agent, in order to avoid separating organic solution in later and poisonous substance polluting environment. The structure of macromonomer was characterized by FT-IR and the value of unsaturated monomers was measured. The result indicate variation of double bond is 3%, which confirmed that experimentation was well-balanced and the macromonomers were esterified product.
