吸水链霉菌M-22产生的除草剂的研究

Studies on the herbicide produced by Streptomyces hygroscopicus M22

利用竞争性抑制谷氨酰胺生物合成的方法，从福州郊区土壤中分离到除草活性物质产生菌Ｍ－２２，其特征与除草剂双丙磷（ｂｉａｌａｐｈｏｓ）产生菌吸水链霉菌ＳＦ－１２９３相近，Ｍ－２２代谢产物ＦＭ－２２经光谱分析证明与双丙磷同质。

The producing strain S.hygroscopicus M22 of herbicidal active substance was isolated from a soil sample collected in Fuzhou by using the screening model of competitively inhibiting biosynthesis of glutamine. The charateristics of the strain M22 was similar to S.hygroscopicus SF1293, the producer of herbicide bialaphos. The bioactive metabolite of S.hygroscopicus M22 was indicated to be identical with bialaphos by spectrum analysis.
