C/EBPα转录因子与急性髓系白血病
摘要
转录因子C/EBPα调控髓系细胞的正常分化和增殖,体内实验证实C/EBPα功能的丢失将阻断髓系细胞的正常分化,并向急性髓系白血病(AML)的恶性细胞转化。在AML患者中发现C/EBPα功能下调与病变的发展之间有直接的关系。自2001年以来,对于转录因子C/EBPα与AML的发病、发展及预后等的研究已深入到一定程度,我们就近年来的相关研究进行综述。
