核素心室造影评价系统性红斑狼疮病人的心室功能 被引量:1

Evaluation of ventricular function by radionuclide ventriculography in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

摘要 应用核素心室造影评价35例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)病人亚临床心脏受累期心功能的变化。结果显示,SLE病人左室收缩功能参数如左室射血分数、峰射血率、前1/3射血分数及峰射血时间均无显著性改变;活动期和非活动期病人左室舒张功能参数如峰充盈率、前1/3充盈分数明显降低,活动期更明显;62.5%的活动期和36.4%的非活动期病人前1/3充盈分数降低(<20%);活动期病人左室相角程标准差增大,收缩同步性减低;活动期和非活动期病人右室功能均降低。提示SLE病人即使左室收缩功能正常也存在左室舒张功能和右室功能障碍。 Thirty-five patients with clinically active(n = 24) and inactive (n = 11) systemic lupus erythernatosus (SLE) were examined by radionuclide ventriculography to investigate left/right ventricular function and ventricular phase. The results indicated that left ventricular (LV)syStolic function parameters such as LVEF, 1/3EF,PER,TPER were not significant difference in SLE patients and healthy controls(n = 15). The LV diastolic function parameters including peak filling rate (PFR) and filling fraction of the first third diastolic (1/3FF) decreased statistically in patients with SLE, especially in the active cases (P <0. 05). 62. 5 % active and 36.4 % inactive patients had decreased 1/3FF(<20% ). Standard deviation of the peak(SDP) of LV in the active cases increased. Moreover, right ventricular function (RVEF) in all patients decreased. The results suggested that patients with SLE had abnormal LV diastolic function, systolic phase and right ventricular function even though LV systolic function was normal.
