摘要
研究了亚麻纤维的含量和增容剂MAH-g-PE对聚乙烯/亚麻纤维复合材料各项性能的影响。结果表明:随着亚麻纤维含量增大,复合材料力学性能、硬度和维卡软化温度提高,但材料熔体粘度增大。添加MAH-g-PE提高了复合材料的热稳定性,降低了材料吸水性;且添加MAH-g-PE的材料吸水后,其拉伸强度高于未添加MAH-g-PE的材料。
Influences of flaxflber(FF) loadings and compatibilizer MAH-g-PE on various properties of PE/FF composite were studied. It indicated that, as FF loadings increased, mechanical properties, hardness, VST of PE/FF composite improved, yet melt viscosity increased. Thermal stability of the composite was improved. Water absorption of the composite was weakened by adding MAH-g-PE, resulting relative high after-water-absorption tensile strength compared with composite without MAH-g-PE.
