摘要 大豆蛋白质塑料作为天然可再生高分子材料具有良好的发展前景。大豆蛋白质塑料加工性能和韧性很差,限制了其工业化生产和应用范围。本文通过碱和尿素改性大幅提高大豆蛋白塑料的流变性和韧性,无需添加增塑剂便具有了良好的加工性能和韧性。 Soy protein plastic, as a natural renewable polymer material, has a bright future. Soy protein plastics are poor in processing performance and toughness; it limited the industrial production of soy protein plastic. In this paper, we use alkali and urea to modify the soy protein and the modified soy protein plastic has a substantial increase in the theology and toughness. No need to add plasticizers, modified soy protein plastic has good processing performance and toughness.
