分析了三通管件的结构特点,介绍了以Pro/E软件作为开发平台设计斜三通管件的过程,叙述了对模具进行结构自动化设计、仿真充型和运动仿真的过程,实现了智能软件与实际设计的结合,提高了模具设计的效率及塑料制品的生产率。

The structural feature of diagonal tee connector was analyzed,The injection mould was developed based on Pro/E software,The process of auto-optimization design of mould structural,simulated cavity fill and dynamic simulation was described,With the combination of intellectualized software and practical design,the efficiency of both design and production was raised.
