改良Parks切口在斜视显微手术治疗中的应用

Application of Improved Parks Incision in the Treatment of Strabismus by Microtechnology Operation

目的探讨治疗斜视适用且有效的手术方法。方法54例斜视患者应用显微技术施行改良Parks切口斜视矫正术,对术后疼痛反应、结膜恢复状况、眼位情况进行观察。结果49例(90.7%)术后第1天能自由睁开双眼,随意活动,表情自然安静;52例(95.8%)结膜复位良好,无明显伤口痕迹;眼位满意者,近期(术后1w内)48例(88.9%),远期(术后6w)44例(81.5%)。无一例因结筋膜错位缝合或肌肉滑脱而再次手术。结论改良Parks切口在斜视显微手术中注意无创操作,高质量缝合,能有效降低疼痛,防止肌肉粘连,减少术后并发症,保证眼部的美观。

Objective To explore the operating method that is applicable and effective for strabismus. Methods Fifty-four patients with strabismus were applied by improved Parks incision with correction of strabismus by micro technology operation. After the operation, the pain reaction, the recovery of the conjunctiva, and the deviation were evaluated. Results Forty-nine cases（90.7%） could open their eyes freely and move their eyeballs easily with a peaceful expression on the first day of post-operation. Fifty-tow cases（95.8%） showed a well recovery of the conjunctiva location and had no evident scar of the incision. Among the satisfied deviation cases, short term observation（in 1 week follow-up） of 48 cases（88.9%） and long term observation（in 6 weeks follow-up）of 44 cases（81.5%）, none of them had to under go operation once again because of the dislocated suture of the conjunctiva or sliding out of muscle. Conclusion Improved Parks incision and the method of micro technology operation to treat strabismus,if pay more attention to non-invasive operation and high-quality suture,can effectively decrease the pain reaction, avoid muscle adhesion, reduce post operative complications and make the eyes beautiful to look at.
