摘要
目的观察局麻下改良疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝中的临床疗效。方法自2004年1月～2007年1月间,采用局麻下改良疝环充填式疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝42例,与同期局麻下疝环充填式疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝42例,进行随机配对的临床疗效对比观察。结果两种术式手术时间相近,手术并发症,术后恢复时间无明显差异,均无复发;但改良疝环充填式疝修补术术后疼痛感、异物感明显减少。结论局麻下改良疝环充填式疝修补术疗效确切、术后舒适度较高。
Objective To evaluate clinical effect of Millikan modified mesh-plug hernioplasty with local anesthesia in the treatment of in- guinal hernia. Methods Clinical manifestations were compared between traditional mesh-plug hernioplasty and Millikan modified mesh-plug hernioplasty. Results Operation time,complications,recovery time were similar. None recurrence was recorded in the two groups. Abnormal sense wasn＇t found in the Millikan group. Conclusion The Millikan modified mesh-plug hernioplasty is a safe and efficacious procedure in the treatment of primary unilateral inguinal hernia.
