肺炎支原体感染致儿童传染性单核细胞增多综合征24例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Infectious Monocytosis Syndrome Vaused by Pneumonic Mycoplasma in 24 Children

目的了解肺炎支原体感染引起儿童传染性单核细胞增多综合征(传单综合征)的临床特点,及时做出诊断和治疗,防止误诊。方法对传单综合征的患儿采用ELISA方法检测患儿血清肺炎支原体抗体(MP-IgM)、EB病毒(EBV)、巨细胞包涵体病毒(CMV),并做嗜异凝集试验,EB-DNA-PCR拷贝。结果24例MP-IgM>1:80呈阳性,EB病毒(EBV)、巨细胞包涵体病毒(CMV)抗体阴性,应用红霉素治疗14～28d痊愈。结论MP感染可致传单综合征,临床症状多样,应用红霉素治疗预后较好。

Objective To study the clinical features of infectious moncytosis syndrome caused by pneumonic mycoplasma to make correct diagnosis in time and proper treatment. Methods Serum samples were taken from children with infectious monocytosis syndrome cause by pneumonic mycoplasma and MP-IgM（pneumonic mycoplasma-IgM）,EBV（EB virus）and CMV（ ）by ELISA. Test of heterophil hemagglutination and EB-DNA-PCR were done before treatment. The children were treated with erythromycine for 14 to 28 days. It was repeated MP-Ig M, EBV, test of heterohil hemagglutination after treatment. Results The MP-IgM were positive（titer 〉 1：80）before treatment, then were negative after treatment. Conclusion Infection due to MP may lead to infectious monocytosis syndrome. Its signs and symptoms are rather complicated. Treatment with erythromycine may assure a good prognosis.
