摘要
目的探讨血清内脂素水平与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者糖代谢的关系。方法80例孕妇被分为GDM组和对照组,分别检测其Visfatin、空腹胰岛素(FIN)、空腹血糖(FBG)及服糖后1h、2h、3h血糖(1hPG、2hPG、3hPG)水平,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果(1)GDM组visfatin、FPG、1hPG、2hPG、3hPG、HOMA-IR、FIN水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)GDM组血清内脂素水平与HOMA-IR、2hPG均有明显相关性(P均<0.01)。多元线性逐步回归分析表明,2hPG是影响血清内脂素的独立相关因素。结论GDM患者血清内脂素水平升高,可能是机体针对GDM患者体内血糖增高所发生的一种代偿效应。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum visfatin levels and glycometabolism in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods 80 cases pregnant women were divided into two groups: GDM group and normal glucose tolerance group (control group). The levels of serum visfatin, fast insulin( FIN ), fast plasma glucose( FPG ), 1 h, 2h, 3h plasma glucose after glucose loading( 1 hPG, 2hPG、3hPG ) were measured. Insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR ) was calculated. Results (1)The levels of visfatin,FPG,1hPG,2hPG,3hPG,HOMA-IR, FIN were significantly higher in GDM group than control group(P〈 0.01 ). (2)There was a positive correlation between visfatin and HOMA-IR and 2hPG(P〈 0.01 ). Multiple regression analysis showed that 2hPG was independent related factor. Conclusion Increased serum levels of visfatin represents a compensatory mechanism aimed at high glucose levels in women with GDM.
