锁骨钩钢板和克氏针内固定治疗伴有移位的锁骨骨折疗效比较

Curative Effect Comparison on Clavicular Hook Plate and Kirschner Wire Fixation Treating with Displacement of the Clavicle Fracture

目的探讨寻求更好的用内固定治疗有移位的锁骨骨折手术方法。方法自2003年6月～2008年6月5年间我们用克氏针内固定法和锁骨钩钢板内固定法治疗伴有移位的锁骨骨折各40例。结果所有骨折均骨性愈合,肩关节功能恢复正常,但5例用克氏针内固定法的骨折延误愈合,而用锁骨钩钢板内固定法的无不良愈合。结论锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨骨折有明显优势,内固定确实牢靠,特别适用于伴有移位的锁骨骨折的病例,术后可早期活动。

Objective To seek a more satisfactory treatment with internal fixation of clavicular fracture displacement method. Methods Since June 2003 to June 2008,5-years period of our fixation with Kirschner wire and clavicular hook plate fixation for treatment accompanied by translocation of the 40 cases of clavicular fracture. Results All of the healing of bone fractures, shoulder tunction returned to normal, but 5 cases of internal fixation with Kirschner law delayed fracture healing, and with clavicular hook plate fixation method had no adverse healing. Conclusion Clavicular hook plate for the treatment of clavicle fracture has obvious advantages,internal fixation is indeed solid,especially for displaced clavicle fracture associated with cases of early postoperative events can be.
