15例脾结核的超声声像图特征分析

Analysis of Ultrasonographic Features of Splenic Tuberculosis

目的分析脾结核的超声声像图,探讨其超声诊断价值。方法回顾性分析了15例脾结核的声像图表现,并对其进行超声分型。结果15例脾结核患者中有3例弥漫粟粒型,8例弱回声结节型,2例混合回声团块型,2例钙化型。结论脾结核声像图呈多样化的特征,结合临床资料及脾外器官结核,超声可作出提示性诊断。

Objective To annlysize uhrasonographic features and evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound on splenic tuberculosis. Methods Uhrasonography of 15 cases Splenic Tuberculosis were analyzed retrospectivly,and typed according to ultrasound images. Results In all 15 cases,3 miliary-like diffuse,8 weak echo nodular,2 hybrid echo-mass,2 calcified. Conclusion Ultrasonographic features of splenic tuberculosis are a variety of performance, combined with clinical data and other organ tuberculosis of patients, Ultrasonography can be made indicatly diagnosis.
