After Listening to "My Strait"

在相隔不到4个月的时间，吴少雄的大型管弦乐新作《我的海峡》分别在南方和北方上演了两次。前者为6乐章的初版，在厦门首演，后者为10乐章的扩展版，在北京首演。笔者获得两次审美体验，也产生了许多递进的感念。

For less than four months, Wu Shaoxiong’s new orchestral work 'My Strait' had been performed twice in two different cities in China, in both the north and the south. The premiered show was in Xiamen for the initial version of 6 movements while later in Beijing, it was extended into a ten-movement version. I had the pleasure of enjoying both of the two concerts, which inspired much of my thoughts.
