金属蚀刻技术历史悠久,是一项既古老又新颖、既普通又尖端的技术。随着新技术的发展,新产品的开发,金属蚀刻技术发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文从金属蚀刻的原理入手,简单介绍了这种技术的分类,并详细叙述了其加工过程、应用实例、目前主要存在问题及前景展望。
Metal etching technology is a technology with a long history, which is both old and advanced, both ordinary and sophisticated. With the development of new technologies and the exploitation of new products, metal etching technology is playing a more and more important role. In this paper, metal etching principle is introduced, besides the classification of this technology, the produce processing, application examples, the main problems and prospects are described.
