复合型阻锈剂对混凝土中钢筋腐蚀性影响的电化学研究

摘要 应用4×4阵列丝束电极模拟研究了混凝土中钢筋的腐蚀。将混凝土试样浸泡在3%的NaCl溶液中,通过测量铁丝柬电极的自腐蚀电位,研究加入不同阻锈剂(NaNO2;NaNO2+NaECO3;NaNO2+苯胺)后对混凝土中钢筋腐蚀性的影响。实验结果表明:复合型阻锈剂(NaNO2+苯胺)对混凝土中钢筋的防腐效果最好。它不仅可以保护混凝土不受外界腐蚀性介质的影响,还能使钢筋在混凝土中处于良好的钝化状态,从而延长了钢筋混凝土的使用寿命。 The 4 ×4 array of electrodes tow simulation is able to study the reinforced concrete corrosion. Concrete samples were soaked in three percent of NaCl solution. Through measuring the iron tow electrode corrosion potential, we studied the corrosive influence about different combination of the resistance rust (NaNO2 ; NaNO2 + Na2CO3; NaNO2 + aniline) in reinforced concrete. The results showed that: composite of rust resistance (NANO2+ aniline) has the best effect on the preservation of reinforced concrete. This resistance of rust can not only protect the aggressive media concrete from the outside world, but also make the reinforced concrete in a good state of passive and prolong the life of the reinforced concrete.
