在两岸未能全面、直接开展物流合作之前,充分发挥福建对台的特殊区位优势和人文优势,率先开展两岸物流的合作与交流具有十分重要的战略和现实意义。从闽台两岸物流合作交流的必要性入手,分析福建开展两岸物流合作交流先行的可行性,在此基础上设计物流合作交流的目标与基本思路,并提出了相应的对策与保障措施。

Finally the objectives of cooperation and exchange of logistics are de-signed and countermeasures and protection measures are given.
