建设项目的可建筑性设计及其切入点研究

On Buildability Design and Its Breakthrough Points of Construction Projects

在我国工程建设中,设计和施工是两项各自独立的工作。随着工程建设制度和社会分工的发展,以及专业化程度的提高,二者之间的交流越来越少,导致施工图纸难以或无法施工,因此,设计的可建筑性研究十分必要。探讨如何在设计阶段开展可建筑性工作,以及影响可建筑性设计的因素。将可建筑性设计的切入点划分为四大类别,并提出了后续研究的路线。

Abstract：In our country＇s engineering construction, design and construction are mutually independent work. With the development of engineering construction system, social division of labor and raising of specialization degree, the communications between design and construction become more and more scarce. This situation causes construction blueprints hard to be implemented. Thus, it is necessary to study design＇ s buildability, but how to carry out buildability work and define the factors which may affect buildability at the design stage are the issues need us to resolve urgently. Through studying and exploring, breakthrough points of buildability design are divided into four categories, and then subsequent research routes are given.
