中国东南沿海地区热带气旋特点与灾情评估

Characteristics and disaster evaluation of the tropical cyclones in southeast coastal areas of China

根据1990-2007年的热带气旋灾害相关资料,分析了中国东南沿海登陆热带气旋特点及其灾害损失,并采用综合灾情评估方法对热带气旋灾害进行评估。结果表明:东南沿海地区登陆热带气旋频率高,强度大,登陆热带气旋集中在福建、广东地区;7～9月为热带气旋登陆高峰期,而且登陆地点有明显的地区差异;综合灾情评估结果显示东南沿海地区热带气旋灾害损失偏重,福建省和浙江省灾害损失最严重,上海偏轻,广东省灾害损失中度。

The feature of tropical cyclones in southeast coastal areas of China was analyzed by using data concerning tropical cyclones during 1990 to 2007 in China. And the disaster losses of tropical cyclones were estimated. The result showed that it was high frequency and intensity of tropical cyclones in southeast coastal areas, and was concentrated in Fujian and Guangdong prov inces; the period from July to September in a year was the peak of landing; and there was obvi ous difference among regions. The result showed that the losses of tropical cyclone disasters were heavy, and were the heaviest in Zhejiang and Fujian provinces.
