DCC基因与宫颈癌的研究进展
摘要
结直肠癌缺失基因,即DCC基因,是近年来发现的一个重要的肿瘤抑制基因,其在妇科肿瘤的作用日益受到研究者们的重视,但在此方面的研究国内很少报道。本文就DCC基因的分子生物学特性、作用机制与宫颈癌关系的研究作一简要综述。
