CD4^+CD25^+FOXP3^+调节性T细胞在与原因不明反复自然流产的相关性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨外周血中CD4+CD25+FOXP3+调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Tr)在原因不明反复自然流产(URSA)发病中的作用。方法应用三色荧光标记流式细胞术检测21例原因不明反复自然流产妇女(URSA组)、20例正常妊娠妇女(正常对照组)外周血中CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Tr及T细胞亚群水平的表达情况。结果URSA组妇女外周血中CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Tr表达率为(1.36±0.61)%,明显低于正常对照组(5.59±1.02)%,两组比较差异显著(P(0.05),但两组相比较外周血中T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平无显著差异(P(0.05)。结论原因不明反复自然流产的发生可能与患者外周血中CD4+CD25+FOXP3+Tr数量减少有关。 Objective : To investigate the relationship between CD4^+CD25^+ FOXP3^+ regulatory T cells ( CD4^+ CD25^+ FOXP3^+ Tr) and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA). Methods: The peripheral blood samples were taken from 21 URSA women and 12 normal pregnancy women. The percentage of CD4^+ CD25^+ FOXP3^+ Tr in peripheral blood were measured by double - label flow cytometric analysis. Results: There were no apparent differences in T lymphocyte subset ratio in peripheral blood between URSA women and normal pregnancy women. However the expression frequency of CD4^+ CD25^+ FOXP3^+ Tr was decreased significantly ( P 〈0. 05) in URSA women [ ( 1. 36±0. 61 ) % ] than that in normal pregnancy women [ (5.59 ± 1.02) % ]. Conclusion: The results suggest that down - regulation of CD4^+ CD25^+ FOXP3^+ Tr may be associated with URSA.
