P型和B型异常胰胆管连接犬模型的建立及其X线表现分析

Establishment of animal model of anomalous pancreaticobiliary ductal union in dogs and analysis of their Xray findings

目的：建立Ｐ型和Ｂ型异常胰胆管连接动物模型，并分析其Ｘ线表现。方法：１９只健康成年杂种犬，施行胆胰管端侧及原位吻合术，术后６月行胆胰管Ｘ线造影。结果：１９只犬ＡＰＢＤＵ模型建立成功，实验组胆管形态发生不同变化。结论：Ｂ型ＡＰＢＤＵ与胆管扩张的关系相对Ｐ型密切，尤其是肝外胆管柱状扩张，而Ｐ型ＡＰＢＤＵ与胆管非扩张表现的关系相对Ｂ型密切。

Objective: To establish the animal model of anomalous pancreaticobiliary ductal union and analyze their Xray findings. Methods: Choledochopancreatic endtoend anastomosis and in situ anastomosis were performed in 19 healthy adult dogs. Six months later, the Xray examination was carried out. Results: The animal model was successfully established in all the 19 dogs and various changes in morphology of the bile duct were found. Conclusion: APBDU type B is more closely related to bile duct dilatation (especially cylindrical dilatation of extrahepatic bile duct) than to normal bile duct. On the contrary, APBDU type P is more closely related to the latter than to the former.
