摘要
目的探讨女性HPV DNA检测在宫颈癌防治方面的意义。方法应用DNA杂交技术对518例妇科门诊就诊者基因分型检测。结果518例样本中,HPV感染有267例,阳性率51.54%。检测高危型HPV(16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,56,58,59,68)218例,占感染病例为81.65%;检出低危型HPV(6,11,42,43,44)42例,占感染病例为15.73%;中国人群常见型HPV(53,66,CP8304)7例,占感染率为2.62%。86例样本中包含了2-5种亚型的感染。结论DNA杂交技术检测HPV基因分型,可1次检测多种亚型,有利于对HPV多重感染的诊断和宫颈癌的防治,可作为宫颈癌筛查的手段。
Objective: To discuss the significance of the detection on women's Human Papillomavirus DNA in the prevention and treatment of cervix cancer. Methods: Five hundred and eighteen samples were detected for HPV genotyping by using DNA hybridization technique. Results: In 518 samples , 267 cases were HPV , with the positive rate of 51.54%. 218 cases belonged to high -risk type (HPV - 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51,52, 56, 58, 59, 68), with the ratio of 81.65% in HPV positive cases, 42 cases for low-risk type (HPV-6, 11, 42, 43 , 44), with the ratio of 15.73% and 7 cases for Chinese common type, with the ratio of 2. 62% . The multi - HPV. - genotype infection was observed in 86 samples. Conclusion: DNA hybridization technique can be used as in this study to simultaneously detect and classify different HPV genotypes , which is useful for the diagnosis of multi - HPV - genotype infection and the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer and may as preliminary means for cervix cancer .
