胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤的影像诊断

Image diagnosis of smooth muscle tumor in the gastrointestinal tract

目的：提高胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤的影像诊断水平。方法：回顾分析了经手术和病理检查证实的３４例胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤的影像学表现。结果：平滑肌瘤１５例，平滑肌肉瘤１９例。钡剂造影表现是充盈缺损，龛影和桥形皱襞等。ＣＴ主要表现包括软组织叶块，伴有或不伴有坏死，液化和坏死囊性变。结论：影像学检查是诊断本病的有效方法。良恶性平滑肌肿瘤的鉴别诊断应当综合分析。

Objective: To improve the efficacy in diagnosing smooth muscle tumor (SMT) in the gastrointestinal tract. Methods: Image features of 34 cases of SMT eventually proved by operation and pathological examination were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Of the 34 cases, 15 were leiomyoma and 19 leiomyosarcoma. Barium radiography showed there were filling defect, niche, bridging fold, etc. The main CT findings included soft mass with or without central necrosis, liquidation, necrotic cyst. Conclusion: Image examination is an effective method for diagnosis of SMT. The differential diagnosis of benign SMT from malignant one should depend on comprehensive analysis.
