摘要
目的通过回顾性分析沈阳市皇姑区围产儿出生缺陷水平变化情况,探讨其影响因素,为卫生行政部门制订决策提供依据。方法对1998年10月至2007年9月沈阳市皇姑区围产儿出生缺陷资料进行分析。结果1998年10月至2007年9月围产儿平均出生缺陷发生率为102.09/万,呈上升趋势。结论应进一步提高产前筛查水平,降低围产儿出生缺陷发生率。
Objective： Explore the affected factor of change of perinatal birth defect degree by means of reviewing and analyzing some of the cases. Provide bases for service of health to draw up intervention measures. Methods ： Analyzing the perinatal death data from Oct 1998 to Sep 2006 in Huanggu district, Shenyang. Results ： From Oct 1998 to Sep 2006, the mean ratio of perinatal birth defect is 102. 09 per ten thousand. This presents an upward trend. Conclusion： Should increase check -up level much more to depress perinatal birth defect rate.
