摘要
目的探讨智力低下的常见病因及干预措施。方法对重庆市2007年经医学鉴定诊断的812例智力低下病残儿进行分析。结果812例智力低下患儿中轻度77例(9.48%),中度559例(68.84%),重度177例(21.80%)。在智力低下患儿中男女性比例为1.5∶1,农村城市比例为3.6∶1。病因分类中遗传、孕期、产时、后天因素其构成比分别是18.35%、14.66%、25.62%和31.16%,有10.22%原因不明。结论出生前智低患儿发病率较高,农村智低患儿发病率高于城市三倍多。因此,以农村为主,加强遗传咨询、孕期保健,建立自己的智力低下监测、防治体系。
Objective： To explore the common causes and interfercnce measure of mental retardation （MR）. Methods： 812 chil- dren with MR who have been diagnosed in 2007 anglysed in ChonQing. Results： In these 812 children, 77 are in light state （9.48%） , 559 are middle state （68.84%） , 177 are heavy state （21.80）. The proportion of male and female in 1.5： 1, the propor- tion of courtryside and city is 3.6： 1, the ditary elememt, the element during pregnant and the delivery, and the poet partum element accounts for 18.48% , 14. 58% , 25.61% and 31.15% , while the rest 10. 22% have no clear. Conclusion： The incidence of disease of courtryside us more than three times as city. The prevenyion and treatment of mild MR should be a priority and the rural ares should be paied more attention. It is imperative to establish a MR surveillance program.
