Genetic Disease Survey Report of 113 Administrative Villages in Gansu

目的探讨甘肃省农村遗传病的病种、分类、致病因素。方法制定遗传病调查表,用整群分层抽样调查法获得病例,把调查结果分类汇总统计分析。结果调查82645人,发现遗传病54种,患者1246人,总患病率为1.51%。结论智力低下、先天性聋哑、畸形指等六种遗传病是影响甘肃农村人口素质的主要疾病,不同性别及地域患病率均有显著性差异;近亲婚配、婚姻陋俗、国家相关政策及优生措施落实不到位是影响人口遗传素质的相关因素;提出了改善甘肃农村地区人口遗传素质的对策。

Objective ： To study the kinds, sorts, disease - causing factors of genetic disease in Gansu provincial administrative village. Methods： Make genetic survey table, use the sample survey method of the whole population＇s layer, sort out and sum up the survey results to make statistic analysis. Results： In the surveyed 82645 people, 54 kinds of genetic disease and 1246 eases of patients are found. The total disease - suffering rate is 1.51%. Conclusion： Six kinds of genetic disease, such as low wisdom, congenital deafmute and abnormal finger are the main disease that influence the quality of Gansu rural population ; the disease - suffering rates of dif- ferent sexes and in different regions are obviously different ; consanguineous marriage, bad marriage custom, the bad carriage out of national concerned policy and optimal- birth measures are all relative factors that influence the genetic quality of the population; the countermeasures to improve the genetic quality of Gansu rural population.
