摘要
用Wistar大鼠建立高脂血症动物模型观察了茵陈蒿汤化裁方(IHACD)对大鼠肝脂、血脂和血清丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明低剂量组(7.5g/kg·d)和高剂量组(15.0g/kg·d)均能明显降低肝组织胆固醇(TC)的含量,对肝组织甘油三脂(TG)影响不大,类似安妥明的作用.低剂量组能明显提高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与总胆固醇的比值(HDL-C/TC),降低血清TC和TG的含量,后者优于安妥明的作用。两种剂量均能明显降低血清MDA的含量。
The effects of Yinchenhao Decoction Improved Prescription on contents of liver -fat,blood-fat and serum malon aldehyde of rats have been investigated on an animal model ofhyperlipermia symptom of Wistar rat. As a result, both low dose group (7. 5g/kg/d) andhigh dose group (15. 0g/kg/d) could obviously decrease cholesterol content of liver tissues(TC) and have no great effect on glyceryl trifatty acid ester of liver tissues (TG) like atromid-S action. But the low dose group could greatly raise the specific value of serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol to total cholesterol and was superior to atromid-S in decreasing ofTC and TG contents, Both dose groups could decrease serum malon aldehyde content.
