摘要
介绍了一套用于材料结构强度和可靠性试验的六自由度边界模拟加载系统,能实现六个自由度的同时加载,更真实地模拟载荷边界条件,可以进行大尺寸结构和材料的实时力载荷实验、拟动力实验和振动试验。为材料和结构的强度和寿命试验提供了一种新型实验装置,为材料结构的疲劳和可靠性提供了更为真实的实验数据。给出了三维结构模型,讨论了六自由度加载系统试验的定义,介绍了系统的主要原理和技术性能。通过计算系统方向余弦矩阵,给出了此加载装置的运动学反解,并介绍了控制系统。
This paper introduces a set of 6-DOF (Degrees of Freedom) loading system with the simulated border used in the tests of material structural strength and reliability. The system is able to realize 6-DOF loading at the same time, and simulate load boundary conditions more realistically. It can carry out real-time load test, dynamics test, and vibration test in large size structure and materials. This is a novel equipment for the tests of structural strength and reliability in different materials. The results provide some important information in the testing field of structural strength, fatigue and reliability. This study showed a three-dimensional structure model, introduced the definition of the test of the 6-DOF loading system with the simulated border, and discussed the primary theory of the system and technical performance. Based on the matrix of direction cosine of the system, the solutions of inverse kinematics of 6-DOF loading system were given. The system of control was introduced as well.
