摘要
滚珠丝杠的选用在卧式加工中心的设计中起着关键性的作用,其中滚珠丝杠负荷与轴径的关系、速度与导程的关系是分析的关键环节,文章在这方面做了理论参数计算;参考大连机床集团卧式加工中心对滚珠丝杠的以往选用惯例,并考虑到了降低噪音、润滑、精度等级等因素,提出了从导程与轴径来选用滚珠丝杠的有效方法。此方法应用于卧式加工中心,并取得很好的实际效果,满足了卧式加工中心的高速重载要求。
The application of ball screw has the key funcion in the design of horizontal machine center,so the paper analyse the ball screw from the realiton of load and diameter of the axis, speed and distance.And this paper computed the theory parameters of ball screw in this aspect.Consulted the choose tradition of Dalian machine tool horizontal machining center and considered the factors of yawp, lubricate,precision level, bring forward the availability method of choose ball screw from the distance and diameter of the axis.Applied this method on horizontal machining center have the satisfactory effect,satisfy the request of high speed and over loading of horizontal maehinging center.
