Whole Life Circle Management of Manufacturing Industrial Suppliers

为有效跟踪供应商绩效表现,降低供应链风险,提出了供应链环境下制造业核心企业供应商全生命周期管理概念,构建了基于全生命周期理论的供应商管理框架模型,作为核心企业供应商全生命周期管理平台,将供应商评价体系、供应商群集与供应商梯队关联规则及供应商管理规则作为嵌入式管理模块集成到该平台上,实现了核心企业对供应商的集成化、连续性、可持续的管理,最终有效、准确地支持管理决策。

In order to reduce the risk of supply chain and to follow the performance of suppliers of core enterprise, the concept on whole life circle management of suppliers of manufacturing core enterprise under environments of supply chain was presented. A management frame work model to suppliers based on the theory of whole life circle was formulated as the managerial platform of suppliers. The evaluation system of suppliers, the related rules on supplier group and team and the managerial rules of suppliers were integrated to the model as embedded modules. As the results, the integrated, continuous and sustainable management on suppliers was realized and the decision making of core enterprises was supported effectively and efficiently.
