摘要
根据高校科技期刊的编辑出版现状和发展需求,论述高校科技期刊的6种属性。指出该类期刊应该充分利用高校的办刊优势,掌握现代出版技术,发挥导向作用,提高经营水平,增强办刊能力。
According to the present situation of editing and publishing and the future development of the scientific journals published by the universities in China, six characteristics of these journals are analyzed. The authors hold that the university journals should bring the advantages of the universities into full play, applying the modem publishing technologies, actively taking part in the research evaluation, strengthen the management and enhance the competitiveness.
