摘要
探析科技期刊出版中作者与编辑之间、编辑与审稿人之间、作者与审稿人之间以及编辑部成员之间信任的价值。认为建立作者、读者、编辑、审稿者等刊物利益相关者之间的信任感,可以为科技期刊的质量提升提供保证。
The value of trust between writers and editors, editors and peer reviewers, writers and peer reviewers, and the members of editorial departments during the publishing of sci-tech periodicals is analyzed. It is put forward that trust should be established between writers, readers, editors and peer reviewers so as to enhance the overall quality of sci-tech periodicals.
