摘要
为了解读者需求,进一步提高期刊质量,建立了《人民军医》杂志读者调查信息管理与处理机制。通过设置和刊登读者调查问卷有效收集信息,建立读者信息管理数据库,并根据各类信息的处理时限要求和重要程度采取3类7级的分期分级处理程序。实践证明,此机制对提升编辑人员的危机意识、规范工作流程及提高期刊影响力有一定作用。
In order to understand the needs of readers, and to further improve the quality of the magazine, the authors have established a mechanism of information management by readers' survey of the journal of People's Military Medical Science. By designing and publishing questionnaire of readers, valid information has been collected to establish a database of readers' information management. In accordance with the time limitations and the importance degree of various types of information, a processing program consisting 3 categories and 7 levels is adopted. Practice has proved that this mechanism is effective in enhancing the sense of crisis of editorial staff, standardizing work processes and increasing the influence of the journal.
