摘要
根据科技期刊编辑工作的特点,探讨倡导编辑激情的意义,并就在管理工作中如何激发编辑激情进行分析与讨论。
The significance of promoting the passionately editing is discussed by analyzing the characteristics of editing in sci-tech periodicals. Meanwhile, how to stimulate the editing passion is also discussed in the administrative affairs.
