从SMT的应用前景和几个名词解释入手,提出再流温度曲线及设置,建立再流焊工艺仿真模型,逐层深入,力求使仿真设计技术明了清晰。
Beginning with the forground of SMT and the explanation of several terms,the article proposes the reflow temperature curve and configuration. In order to make the simulation design technology and the result clear, the paper also gives the simulation model of reflow jointing step by step.
