摘要
目的:研究在全自动分析仪上Trig、ALP、CO2等试剂对血清镁测定的影响。方法:分别对混合血清单独测Mg2+和Trig、ALP、CO2等后测Mg2+,比较差异。结果:发现Trig、ALP、CO2试剂均对Mg2+结果产生很大影响,ALP、CO2等试剂使Mg2+测定结果偏高,而Trig使Mg2+测定结果偏低。结论:ALP、CO2等试剂均含有较高浓度的Mg2+致使所测值偏高,而后者Trig致使所测值偏低是由于此试剂成分中含有H2O2显色的物质4-氯酚,其结构中含有OH-和CL-,均属硬碱。而Mg2+属硬酸,根据软硬酸碱理论中所谓"软亲软,硬亲硬"规则4-氯酚与Mg2+结合形成稳定的化合物,从而影响了Mg2+测定,使结果降低。
Objective: To investigate the influence of Trig, ALP and CO2 reagents on MTT automated analysis of magnesium in serum.Methods: To measure magnesium content in mixed serum and compare the results with those obtained after Trig test, ALP test and CO2 test.Results: Trig, ALP and CO2 reagents have great interforenee on the determination of Magnesium content. The application of ALP and CO2 will increase Mg^2+ content while the use of Trig will reduce the content.Conclusion: Magnesium content goes higher after ALP test and CO2 test because both of the reagents contain much Mg^2+ in themselves while Mg^2+ content drops after Trig test for Trig reagent contains 4-CPC, an alkaline substance bringing coloration of H2O2, which can form a stable compound with Mg^2+, a kind of acid, thus affecting the determination of Magnesium.
