摘要
以碳糊电极(CPE)为工作电极,在BR(Britton-Robinson Buffer)中用循环伏安法研究了更昔洛韦(GCV)在十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)胶束体系中的电化学行为,并以此建立了一种GCV电化学定量分析方法.用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV),在优化的测试条件下测得GCV氧化峰电流与其浓度在2.0×10^-7~2.0×10^-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为2.8×10^-8mol/L.该方法灵敏准确,用于GCV含量测定,结果令人满意.
Electrochemical behaviors of Ganciclovir (GCV) in sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) have been studied by cyclic voltammetry. A sensitive method for the determination of GCV was proposed on the basis of the electrochemical response of GCV at a carbon paste electrode(CPE). Under the optimal working conditions, the oxidation peak current of GCV versus its concentration has a good linear relationship in the range of 2.0×10^-7 - 2.0×10^-4 mol/L with the detection limit of 2.8×10^-8 mol/L by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The proposed method can be applied to electrochemical determination of GCV with low detection limit, high sensitivity and satisfactory results.
