银川市经济社会可持续发展指标体系研究

Study on Economy and Social System Index in Yinchuan City

运用层次分析法和德尔斐法,以可持续发展为一级指标,选取了2000—2007年经济、环境、社会和资源开发,利用3个二级评价指标和20个有代表性的三级指标,构建了银川市较为完整的可持续发展指标体系,对银川市可持续发展进程进行了系统的综合分析.在此基础上,指出了银川市经济发展水平有所提高,呈上升趋势,社会进步水平有所波动,城市的基础设施、计划生育工作有所进展,市民的素质普遍上升,城市环保工作到位,效果显著.

By using analytic hierarchy process and Delphi Method, three evaluation indexes, consists of economy, environment, society and resource from 2000 to 2007 were selected, take sustainably sends opens as the first grade indexes, using 3 Ⅱ grade indexes and 20 representative m grade indexes, the general index system of standard of sustainable development had been established and assessed both systematically and comprehensively. The level of social advance fluctuated, city＇s infrastructure, family planning, citizen qualities and city environment protection have been developed.
